We engaged Woodend Builders between 2008-2009 to build a residential dwelling that I had designed for ourselves for a site in 'The Oaks' subdivision Rangiora. The design, although not complicated had a reasonably high degree of detail and we were quite particular about the finish. We needed a builder who was not only able to take our ideas through to completion, but was approachable, open to discussion and flexible enough to accommodate some specific trades that we were arranging.
